Bruschetta 

A slice of Italy featuring fresh tomatoes, cheese, and basil sauce on toasted bread.

Ingredients:

  • Burrata or Mozzarella cheese – 100 grams
  • Bread – 4 slices
  • Dulciz Red tomatoes – 100 grams
  • Dulciz Yellow tomatoes – 100 grams
  • Fresh basil – 10 leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil – 40 grams
  • Fine salt – To taste
  • Dried oregano – To taste

Preparation:

  1. Slice 4 pieces of bread, place in a baking tray and grill in a static oven preheated to 180 C° for 5-6 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Cut the Burrata or Mozzarella cheese into slices and top the grilled bread slices.
  3. Wash your Dulciz tomatoes and cut them in half. Compose your bruschetta to taste.

 

Fresh Basil Sauce Preparation:

  1. In a mixer glass, blend together 20 grams of water, 10 basil leaves and 40 ml of extra virgin olive oil. Add a pinch of salt and blend for a few seconds.
  2. Using a spoon, drizzle the sauce over the bruschetta to taste and garnish with the oregano.
