Ingredients:
- Burrata or Mozzarella cheese – 100 grams
- Bread – 4 slices
- Dulciz Red tomatoes – 100 grams
- Dulciz Yellow tomatoes – 100 grams
- Fresh basil – 10 leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil – 40 grams
- Fine salt – To taste
- Dried oregano – To taste
Preparation:
- Slice 4 pieces of bread, place in a baking tray and grill in a static oven preheated to 180 C° for 5-6 minutes. Let cool.
- Cut the Burrata or Mozzarella cheese into slices and top the grilled bread slices.
- Wash your Dulciz tomatoes and cut them in half. Compose your bruschetta to taste.
Fresh Basil Sauce Preparation:
- In a mixer glass, blend together 20 grams of water, 10 basil leaves and 40 ml of extra virgin olive oil. Add a pinch of salt and blend for a few seconds.
- Using a spoon, drizzle the sauce over the bruschetta to taste and garnish with the oregano.
