Greetalian Salad

A refreshing blend of Greek and Italian salads featuring sweet, delicious tomatoes.

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber – 1½
  • Mixed fresh leaf vegetables – 400 grams
  • TomRoyale tomatoes – 4 fruits
  • Onion – 1
  • Black olives – 80 grams
  • Feta cheese – 300 grams
  • Dried oregano – To taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil – To taste

Preparation:

  1. Wash and cut the TomRoyale tomatoes into wedges, about half an inch thick. Set aside.
  2. Wash, dry and cut all vegetables. Then place them into a bowl.
  3. Peel the cucumber and cut it to taste, either thick round slices or chunks. Add it to the bowl. Then add the TomRoyale tomato.
  4. Cut the feta cheese into cubes, about 2 cm thick, and add it to the bowl.
  5. Cut the onion into rounds, and top the salad.
  6. Season with salt, and dried oregano, drizzle with plenty of extra virgin olive oil and serve.
