Ingredients:
- Cucumber – 1½
- Mixed fresh leaf vegetables – 400 grams
- TomRoyale tomatoes – 4 fruits
- Onion – 1
- Black olives – 80 grams
- Feta cheese – 300 grams
- Dried oregano – To taste
- Extra virgin olive oil – To taste
Preparation:
- Wash and cut the TomRoyale tomatoes into wedges, about half an inch thick. Set aside.
- Wash, dry and cut all vegetables. Then place them into a bowl.
- Peel the cucumber and cut it to taste, either thick round slices or chunks. Add it to the bowl. Then add the TomRoyale tomato.
- Cut the feta cheese into cubes, about 2 cm thick, and add it to the bowl.
- Cut the onion into rounds, and top the salad.
- Season with salt, and dried oregano, drizzle with plenty of extra virgin olive oil and serve.
